Methodology
No matter what size project is on the table, communication and quality rule the day. Even before giving a quote or a written proposal, we want to know exactly what you need and how it is different from any other project. From beginning to end (and beyond), we make sure to keep your unique goals in mind. The methods for each project will differ, but our foundational approach is always the same.
Identity Phase
CrossComm conducts interviews, using a detailed project questionnaire, to gain a conceptual understanding of your industry, and your business goals. This includes gathering and defining your requirements and objectives, target market, competition, and business and marketing strategies. After the interview process is completed and the project profile generated, CrossComm will have a detailed overview of your project’s goals and objectives and then be able to propose the best possible solutions.
Creativity Phase
CrossComm’s team of experts uses information gathered during the identity phase to develop a detailed design specific to the goals and needs of your project.
Development Phase
CrossComm teams begin constructing the new project by implementing the plans from the creativity phase. This intensive, detailed internal effort follows exact step-by-step procedures developed by CrossComm that ensure accurate completion of the project.
Deployment Phase
CrossComm performs usability and performance testing to ensure compliance with all quality standards so that the final project will perform to your expectations. Once fully tested and approved, the project is “rolled out” and placed into full production, ready for immediate use by your organization.
Analysis Phase
Periodically, or as requested, CrossComm analyzes completed projects for quality and applicability. This is particularly important when innovative or new marketing techniques become available. Our team can recommend updates, new programs, or enhanced marketing strategies to ensure our clients stay current and have the best technology to meet their needs.
