Don Shin
President and CEO
Don founded CrossComm Inc. in 1998 as a “one-man shop” during his time as a student at Duke University. Since then Don has worked at CrossComm as a designer, a programmer, an account manager, a server administrator, and pretty much any other role we’ve ever had. As the company has grown to a thriving business Don realized he couldn’t do it all alone so now, as President and CEO, he serves primarily in executive and business development roles.
Jessica Efird
VP of Operations
Jessica serves as the primary contact for the majority of CrossComm’s customers, managing project timelines, budgets, and reporting, and works closely with the client at each step of the project. In addition to this account manager role, Jessica manages CrossComm's operations, HR, vendor relationships, day-to-day production resources, and keeps everyone supplied with sodas.
Sean Doherty
Chief Software Architect
Sean serves as CrossComm's chief software architect and systems engineer. He earned both his BS in Computer Science and MS in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is proficient in numerous programming languages. Sean works with our account managers and clients to ensure all the technical project needs are met, trains and supervises other programmers, and manages several Fantasy Sports teams.
